We intend this truck to be very dependable and sturdy so we had to beef up the front end a bit. We also want to keep cost down and parts easy to find so we worked with originals as much as possible. |

The Front radius arms from the factory are stamped steel so all of the tabs had 3/16 plate added to the outer surfaces, the shock mount we added a back up plate and welded the stud to the plate. Then we added a full web to the open part of the arm allowing clearance for the ”I” beam. You can see a couple of the steps taken in the first two shots to strengthen the web. |

Next we added reinforcement plates to both of the front shock/spring perches to which we will eventually be tying into the cage using some tubing. |
